District Panchayat Narayanpur (Chhattisgarh) has invited applications for filling up 2 vacant contractual positions at the Janpad Panchayat level under the CGSRLM Bihan scheme. This recruitment is being conducted on the directions of the Mission Directorate, CGSRLM Nava Raipur, through letter number ESTB/1107/2025-Section dated 23/02/2026. Selection is merit-based — your academic scores and relevant work experience will carry most of the weightage. Only Chhattisgarh domicile holders can apply for these positions.

Who Can Apply?

For Block Project Manager (Rs. 39,875/month):

• Education: You need a Postgraduate Degree or a Two-Year Diploma from a recognised university or institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years of work experience at Block/Cluster level in a managerial or coordinator role with a Central/State Government body, Local Body, or Government-aided organisation listed on the NITI Aayog website. Your experience must be in the field of rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihood.

For Regional Coordinator (Rs. 26,490/month):

• Education: You need a Graduate Degree from a recognised university, plus a One-Year Computer Diploma or Certificate from a recognised institution.
• Experience: At least 1 year of work experience at Block/Cluster level in a managerial or coordinator role with a Central/State Government body, Local Body, or Government-aided organisation. Your experience must be in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihood sector.

Chhattisgarh domicile is mandatory for both posts. You must attach a residence certificate issued by a competent authority.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 March 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Available for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.

Salary

• Block Project Manager: Rs. 39,875 per month (consolidated, lump sum)
• Regional Coordinator: Rs. 26,490 per month (consolidated, lump sum)
• These are contractual positions. The contract is initially for 1 year and may be extended based on performance and requirements.

Selection Process

The selection method is different for each post:

For Block Project Manager:

1. Merit List (85 marks): Your academic scores at PG level (35 marks), Graduation (20 marks), and 12th standard (15 marks) will be calculated on 100-point weightage. Work experience beyond the minimum 2 years gives you 2 marks per full year (max 10 marks). CGSRLM experience earns 1 mark per full year (max 5 marks).
2. Interview (15 marks): Shortlisted candidates (10 times the vacancies) will be called for interview via email, registered post, and WhatsApp.
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified before final appointment.

For Regional Coordinator:

1. Merit List (90 marks): Your Graduation marks (35 marks), 12th standard (20 marks), and 10th standard (20 marks) will be evaluated on 100-point weightage. Work experience beyond minimum gives 2 marks per full year (max 10 marks). CGSRLM experience earns 1 mark per full year (max 5 marks).
2. Written/Skill Test (10 marks): Shortlisted candidates (10 times the vacancies) will be called for a written and skill examination.
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified before appointment order.

The merit-cum-objection list will be displayed on the Zila Panchayat notice board and the district website. A waiting list of 5 candidates will also be maintained.

How to Apply

2. Fill in the application form on A-4 size paper in clear handwriting.
3. Paste a recent passport-size self-attested colour photograph on the form.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all educational certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, age proof (10th/Matriculation certificate), caste certificate, and domicile certificate.
5. Write a self-addressed envelope with Rs. 5 postal stamp on it and attach it with the application.
6. Write the post name clearly on the top of the envelope and on the application form.
7. Send the completed application by Speed Post or Registered Post only to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Narayanpur.
8. Make sure your application reaches before 06 April 2026, 3:00 PM. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.
