The monthly pay scale is Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs. 3,40,000 (Schedule A CPSE Director grade). You must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 18 years of experience in finance and accounts. KRIDE Director (BD&F) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

KRIDE is a State Joint Venture Company of the Government of Karnataka and the Ministry of Railways. It was set up to develop, finance, and implement railway projects in Karnataka. KRIDE is currently executing the prestigious Bangalore Suburban Rail Project (BSRP), a 148+ km commuter rail network with 64 stations across four corridors. The Director (BD&F) is a Board-level position and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Essential: You must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — that means you need a CA qualification
• Desirable: Additional qualification of ICWAI / Law / Management and Finance will give you an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 18 years of work experience in Govt./PSUs/reputed private organizations in the field of Finance, Accounts, Fund Management, raising finances, loan syndication, etc.
• Out of the 18 years, at least 5 years must be at Senior Management Level in Corporate Project Finance, loan syndication, etc., in infrastructure companies
• For PSU officers: Must be working at minimum E8 level or equivalent with at least 2 years in grade, plus experience in Corporate Project Finance in infrastructure companies for a minimum of 5 years
• For All India Services / Central Services officers: Qualification requirements can be relaxed if you have requisite experience and hold a grade equivalent to SAG/JS Grade in GoI

Nationality

• You must be an Indian national

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 55 years as on 01 April 2026

Salary

• Pay Scale: Rs. 1,80,000 - 3,40,000 per month (Director Grade, equivalent to Schedule A CPSE)
• Allowances: Transport allowance, HRA, medical, mobile, and other perks as per KRIDE company policies — following Schedule A CPSE norms
• The total CTC with allowances and perks can be significantly higher than the basic pay

Selection Process

• Handle overall charge of finance, accounts, and fund management of the organization
• Formulate and implement policies related to Finance and Accounts
• Manage corporate project finance, loan syndication, and fund raising for railway infrastructure projects
• Prepare financial strategies for the Bangalore Suburban Rail Project (BSRP) and other KRIDE initiatives
• Monitor compliance with government financial regulations and Schedule A CPSE norms
• Assist the Managing Director in financial planning and budgeting decisions
• Work with government bodies, banks, and financial institutions for project financing
