- Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or 2-year Diploma from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial or coordinator role at the block/cluster level in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihood sectors under central/state government, local body, or government-aided institution (listed on NITI Aayog website).
Regional Coordinator
- Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university + 1-year Computer Diploma or Certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in a coordination or management role at the block/cluster level in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihood sectors.
Accounts Assistant cum MIS Assistant
- Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university + 1-year Computer Diploma.
- Desirable: Tally Certificate holders will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts-related work under central/state government, local body, or a government-aided institution.
Domicile: You must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh. A domicile certificate issued by a competent authority is mandatory. Only permanent caste certificates will be accepted.
Age Limit
- You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 January 2026.
- Age relaxation for reserved categories will be provided as per Chhattisgarh government rules issued from time to time.
Salary
- Block Project Manager: Rs. 39,875 per month (consolidated, contractual)
- Regional Coordinator: Rs. 26,490 per month (consolidated, contractual)

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate rural livelihood programs at the block level under NRLM/CGSRLM framework.
- Work closely with Self Help Groups (SHGs) and community institutions to strengthen their capacity for sustainable livelihoods.
- Prepare block-level action plans and monitor the implementation progress of various livelihood activities.
- Handle accounts, financial records, and MIS data entry related to NRLM project activities at the district and block level.
- Assist in organizing training programs, exposure visits, and skill development workshops for community members.
- Maintain regular coordination with district administration, block officials, and community resource persons.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports and submit them to the District Mission Management Unit.
