BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an autonomous institute under the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, has released Recruitment Notice THS-C/RN/12/2026 for project positions at the Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA). CDSA is THSTI's specialised centre that supports affordable healthcare product development and public-funded clinical research. This recruitment covers five different post types across one major clinical research project — the DBT-AYUSH Adjunct Tuberculosis (TB) Study funded by CCRAS, which studies Ayurveda regimens added to standard anti-TB treatment.

Who Can Apply?

Research Officer (Rs. 67,000 + HRA)

• Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) in any branch of Life Sciences with 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical trial monitoring
• OR PhD with experience in clinical trial monitoring

Project Manager (Monitoring) (Rs. 78,000 + HRA)

• Post Graduate Degree in any branch of Life Sciences with 5 years post-qualification experience in clinical trial monitoring
• OR PhD in Life Sciences with 2 years post-qualification experience in clinical trial monitoring
• Desirable: Experience of clinical trial or public-health project management in a recognised academic CTU, CRO, pharma or biotech firm

Clinical Research Associate (Rs. 67,000 + HRA)

• Master's degree in any branch of Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Public Health with at least 3 years of clinical trial monitoring experience
• OR MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / BPT with relevant clinical trial monitoring experience

Senior Project Associate (Rs. 56,000 + HRA)

• Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) in any branch of Life Sciences
• AND Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is mandatory

Consultant (Finance) (Rs. 60,000)

• Graduate in commerce with 4 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts
• OR Post Graduate Degree in commerce with 2 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts
• Desirable: Knowledge of GFR 2017, CCRAS Research Policy, donor-funded project handling and Tally ERP

Age Limit

• Research Officer: Up to 40 years
• Project Manager (Monitoring): Up to 45 years
• Clinical Research Associate: Up to 40 years
• Senior Project Associate: Up to 35 years
• Consultant (Finance): Up to 35 years

Selection Process

Selection differs by post:

1. Research Officer (Post 1): Walk-in written test / skill test / interview on 25 May 2026 at 9:00 AM at THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad. Candidates must carry their CV, original documents and one set of photocopies.
2. Posts 2, 3, 4 & 5: Apply online by 1 June 2026. Applications will be scrutinised and shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection (written test/skill test/interview).
3. Document Verification: Originals checked at every stage.

If a large number of applications are received, screening will be done to limit candidates to those with higher or more relevant qualifications and experience.

• Coordinate clinical trial site activities including initiation, monitoring and close-out for the DBT-AYUSH Adjunct TB Study
• Maintain regulatory and trial documentation as per ICH-GCP, GCLP and Indian regulatory requirements
• Track investigational products, study supplies and case report form (CRF) data across sites
• Liaise with investigators, ethics committees and regulatory authorities for site readiness and approvals
• Prepare monitoring visit reports, CAPA plans and quality oversight documents for project leadership
• Manage fund flow, statements of expenditure and utilisation certificates to CCRAS (for Finance role)
• Travel frequently to clinical trial sites across India for on-site monitoring and training
• Support audit readiness, document control and version-managed trial master file (TMF) operations
