Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS) is conducting a walk-in interview for the post of One (1) Project Technical Support-II in the Reliance Life Sciences Pvt Ltd (Navi Mumbai) sponsored scheme on "Mice neutralization experiments using the recombinant mAbs from Reliance Life Sciences (RLS) against the field isolates of Rabies virus". The work will be carried out at the Department of Animal Biotechnology, Faculty of Basic Sciences, Madras Veterinary College, Chennai-600 007. The post is purely temporary till the existence of the scheme.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: B.Tech or B.Sc in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology or any life sciences or related disciplines with First Class or equivalent
• Desirable Experience: Experience in working with rabies virus, BSL III laboratory, animal cell culture and molecular biology laboratory
• Working personnel must attend the interview with a No Objection Certificate from their present employer

Salary

• Basic pay: Rs. 20,000 per month
• HRA: 24% of basic pay
• Total consolidated pay: Rs. 24,800 per month
• No TA and DA will be provided for attending the interview

Selection Process

Selection is done in two stages on the same day:

1. Written Test: One hour duration with multiple choice questions (MCQs) on the relevant subject area.
2. Personal Interview: Conducted after the written test for shortlisted candidates.

Final selection is made as per the norms of ASRR, TANUVAS.
