Rajasthan State Gas Limited (RSGL) is a Joint Venture company of Rajasthan State Petroleum Corporation Limited (RSPCL) and Gail Gas Limited. RSGL develops CNG and City Gas Distribution Networks (CGDN) in Kota, Rajasthan, supplying natural gas to domestic, commercial, industrial, and automobile consumers. The Officer post is a regular position while the Associate post is on a 3-year fixed-term contract. Who Can Apply?

For Officer (Finance & Accounts) - Grade E-1:

• Essential Qualification: You must be a Graduate with ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), ACMA (Associate Cost and Management Accountant), or hold a 2-year full-time MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.
• Desirable: Having two or three of the above qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience: You need at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in an executive role, preferably in the oil and gas or CGD sector (as on 31.03.2026).

For Associate (Operations and Maintenance) - Fixed Term:

• Essential Qualification: You must have a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
• Desirable: A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) is preferred.
• Experience: You need 5 to 14 years of post-qualification experience in an executive role, preferably in the oil and gas or CGD sector (as on 31.03.2026).

All essential qualifications must be full-time regular courses from UGC-recognized Universities or AICTE-approved Institutions.

Age Limit

• Officer (Finance & Accounts): Maximum 30 years as on 31 March 2026.
• Associate (Operations and Maintenance): You should be between 28 and 37 years old as on 31 March 2026.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of Rajasthan norms for reserved categories.

Salary

• Officer (Finance & Accounts): Pay Band of Rs. 22,440 to Rs. 39,360 per month (basic pay).
• Associate (Operations and Maintenance): Fixed salary of Rs. 27,000 per month (for 3-year contract period).
• Allowances for Officer post: Basic Pay as per Pay Band, DA as per Government of Rajasthan rules, HRA as per city category, City Compensatory Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Reimbursement of Conveyance Maintenance Expenses.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following process:

• Handle financial accounting, budgeting, and audit functions for the organization.

• Keep records of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and operational logs.
