Service Conditions and Caveats

- Leaving the assignment: You must give one month's advance notice if you wish to leave. Disengagement follows that notice period.
- Panel validity: The empanelment remains valid for one year. Keep this separate from the academic-session tenure stated for the engagement.
- University discretion: OUAT can increase or decrease positions based on its needs and approval from the competent authority. It may also cancel the interview process without giving a reason.
- Travel costs: You will not receive travel or daily allowance for attending.

The walk-in venue is the Conference Hall, College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, OUAT, Bhubaneswar. Report by 10:30 AM; the interview is scheduled for 11:30 AM.
