Service Conditions and Caveats

• Probation: You will start with a probation period of at least one year from joining. The notice sets a minimum period, so you should not treat completion of that year as automatic confirmation.
• Posting and transfers: OPGC may place you at any of its establishments during probation or after confirmation. The notice allows postings across Odisha and elsewhere in India in future, with transfers based on the company’s needs.
• Role allocation: The company may assign functions and work according to organisational requirements. Your appointment therefore carries flexibility in the assignments you may receive.
• Performance-based service: Increments, promotion and rewards depend on performance under the MBS framework. This service condition applies to the regular appointment described in the advertisement.
• Recruitment discretion: OPGC may change, restrict or cancel the drive, and it may decide not to fill the post. It also reserves the right to change the number of openings without a further notice.
