The work connects legal and policy research with stakeholder consultations, bringing both kinds of evidence into the project reports. These are full-time contractual appointments based at the university campus in Dwarka, New Delhi.

Post-wise Duties
Research Associate
You will study legal and policy material relevant to India's UPR and help the team put its research approach into practice. Your work includes identifying stakeholders, supporting consultations and bringing together their inputs with research findings.
You will also help draft and revise the National Report and CCD. Project records, progress reports and checks on the quality of the research are part of the role, alongside the drafting and technical support needed during the project.
Field Researchers
You will coordinate engagement with identified stakeholders and help run consultations. This includes collecting field information, recording contributions and organising them so the project team can use them in its research.
You will keep consultation and project records organised and provide research and logistical support for project activities. The role combines direct engagement with the documentation that follows each consultation.
Service Conditions and Caveats
