Post-wise Duties

Assistant Professor and Contract Faculty

You will plan lessons, run classes and practical work, guide students and support assessment in your assigned discipline. The institute expects full-time campus work under UGC and AICTE workload norms, along with academic tasks assigned by the department.

Engineering Graphics and Modern Workshop Faculty

You will connect technical concepts with hands-on learning, supervise studio or workshop activity and help students use safe, industry-relevant methods.

Chief Technical Officer

You will guide product-development work at the Centre for Experiential Learning and use your engineering or science leadership experience to move technical ideas towards working outcomes.

Psychology Faculty or Counsellor

You will support psychology teaching or student counselling, depending on the route used to fill the role, while working with students across the university.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: the initial engagement is for 11 months and may be extended only after performance review and a departmental recommendation.
• Temporary status: appointment through this drive does not create a claim or extra weightage for a later regular position.
• Joining: selected candidates must be ready to join within one week and complete the institute's verification requirements.
• Retired faculty: experienced retired teachers, preferably from government institutes, may also be considered under the applicable Government of India terms.
• Institutional checks: degrees from fake or derecognised institutions are not accepted, and records may be checked during the engagement.
