Who Can Apply?

Team Lead (Rs. 1,20,000 - Rs. 1,50,000/month):

• You need a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT or Electronics with First Class or 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale)
• You need 2-3 years of experience in project leadership roles in software development
• You should know ERP implementation, higher-education ERP systems, government projects, cloud deployment, Agile project management, and have skills in project planning, team management, stakeholder coordination and software architecture
• Preference is given to candidates with a Master's degree or higher

Senior Backend Developer (Rs. 1,00,000 - Rs. 1,20,000/month):

• Same degree requirement as above, with 1-2 years of backend development experience
• You should know Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices, and PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server

Frontend Developer (Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 90,000/month):

• Same degree requirement as above; no minimum experience is specified
• You should know React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and have experience building responsive web applications and ERP dashboards

Salary

• Pay is a consolidated monthly pay ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month, decided by the post you're hired for, your qualification, experience and interview presentation.
• The Team Lead post pays the highest, up to Rs. 1,50,000/month, while UI/UX Designer and QA/Test Engineer posts start from Rs. 60,000/month.
• This is a fixed consolidated package for contractual project staff — no separate DA/HRA structure is mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process

NFSU will shortlist and select candidates in these steps:
