NAMO Hospital Silvassa Ayurvedic Consultant Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS), under the Office of the Member Secretary, NAMO Hospital, Silvassa (UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu) has released a notification for 1 Ayurvedic Consultant post. The engagement is purely on a short term contract basis and the consultant will visit the hospital for two weeks every month. This is a walk-in style offline application — there is no online form. Experienced Ayurvedic doctors who want to work with a government hospital on a flexible schedule can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: You must hold a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Doctor of Medicine (Ay.) from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in reputed Hospitals, Healthcare Organisations or Ayurvedic Institutions.
• Skill Set: You should have expertise in clinical practice, patient care, and integrative healthcare services.
• Domicile: Domicile of Dadra and Nagar Haveli is preferred but not strictly mandatory — you must enclose a domicile certificate if you claim D&NH status.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000 per month.
• The consultant is expected to visit the hospital for two weeks every month.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Shortlisting: Applications are screened based on qualification and experience.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an in-person interview at NAMO Hospital, Silvassa. No TA/DA will be paid.

The Department reserves the right to terminate the selection process without assigning any reason.
