Who Can Apply?
For Customer Service Officer (CSO / Field Officer):
- Qualification: You need to have completed PUC / 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognised board.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Up to 3 years of experience in a similar field role is preferred.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Language: You must have written, spoken, and reading proficiency in English and the local language of your posting state.
- Travel: You should be willing to travel extensively within the state.
For Branch Head:
- Qualification: You need a Graduation degree from a recognised university.
- Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a microfinance institution (MFI) is required.
- Language: Knowledge of the local language and willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
Age Limit
- For CSO (Field Officer): Maximum age is 33 years.
- For Branch Head: Maximum age is 37 years.

Selection Process
The selection will happen in 2 stages:

- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by NABFINS for an interview. The final selection will be based on your overall performance in the interview.
Note: A Police Verification Report is mandatory at the time of joining.

Responsibilities
- Handle business development activities including sourcing and onboarding new customers in assigned village locations
- Manage timely collection of loan installments from all allotted customers on scheduled dates
- Conduct primary surveys of new village locations to identify potential business opportunities
- Keep accurate records of all disbursement and collection entries in the company management system
- Follow up with defaulting borrowers and report overdue collections to the Branch Head daily
- Assist in branch setup, administrative requirements, and overall branch operations
- Prepare daily work reports and share portfolio efficiency data with supervisors
- Participate in training programmes and ensure customers understand the company processes and grievance mechanisms
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
PUC/10+2 (for CSO), Graduation (for Branch Head)
Preferred Qualification
Experience in microfinance or field operations preferred
Required Skills
Local language proficiency, two-wheeler riding (for CSO), computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
