Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS) is recruiting a Cluster Supervisor for Hirekerur taluka in Haveri district under the National Rural Livelihood Mission. The role sits at the cluster, or sub-block, level and focuses on building community institutions that can continue supporting rural livelihoods.

You will work with the taluka mission team and programme manager, with direct reporting to the Executive Officer or Taluk Programme Manager as stated in the role description. The post connects community-level work with the wider mission, including support for women and vulnerable communities, coordination with local institutions and access to government support schemes.

• Visit the cluster regularly and coordinate planned activities with the taluka mission team.
• Help women and vulnerable communities form and strengthen local community institutions.
• Support livelihood planning, microcredit meetings and community investment fund use.
• Connect community institutions with government entitlements and social safety-net schemes.
• Keep management information system data accurate and updated on time.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and other required progress reports.
• Coordinate with Panchayati Raj institutions, government departments and non-government organisations.
