IREL (India) Limited Director (Human Resources) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

IREL (India) Limited has invited applications through the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) for the Board-level post of Director (Human Resources). IREL is a Schedule-'B' Mini Ratna Category-1 Central Public Sector Enterprise in the minerals and rare earths sector, with its registered and corporate office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a senior lateral-entry appointment open to serving officers from CPSEs, the Central Government, Public Sector Banks, State PSUs, and select private companies/JVs — not a fresh-graduate recruitment. IREL currently employs 731 regular staff (241 Executives, 119 Non-Unionized Supervisors, and 371 Workmen), with the Government of India holding 100% of its shares. The company has been rated 'Excellent' under its MoU with the administrative ministry for 7 consecutive years through 2023-24, and 'Very Good' for 2024-25.
