Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial engagement: The contract runs for six months at first. IIT Goa may extend it after considering your performance and its continuing requirements, so an extension is not automatic.
• Weekly attendance: You will make three campus visits each week, covering a total of 20 duty hours. Consider this recurring campus commitment when deciding whether the part-time arrangement suits you.
• Joining: The selected person is expected to join immediately. The notice does not describe a later joining option or a separate waiting period.
• Employment status: This temporary engagement gives you no claim to permanent employment at IIT Goa. The institute also retains the right to end the engagement without giving a reason.

• Interview travel: The institute will not reimburse travel or daily expenses for attending the interview.
