Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU), one of India's premier management institutes, has invited applications for 1 Head of Operations - Executive Education post, on contract for an initial period of two years, renewable based on your performance and the institute's needs. As Head of Operations, you will lead planning and execution of all Executive Education programs, manage the operations team, prepare program budgets, and coordinate with faculty, business development and marketing teams to ensure smooth program delivery. You will report directly to the Chairperson - Executive Education. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 10 years' experience at an IIM or a prominent B-school. This is a senior leadership role suited to experienced professionals from management education or industry.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline, from a recognized university.
• Experience: You need related industry or academic experience, with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience at Officer level and above, some of it at a reputed management education institute, university, college or commercial organization.
• Preferred: Candidates with 10+ years' experience at any IIM or a prominent B-school will be preferred.
• Desirable Qualities: A pleasing personality with strong people skills, prior experience leading a team of 8-10 people with direct reporting, and strong analytical ability with command over market conditions.
• Key Skills: Ability to work in a multi-functional team, coordinate across departments, and manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team with a strong process orientation.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 18 LPA onwards, commensurate with your qualifications, experience and suitability.
