The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), one of Asia's leading graduate schools of management and an Institute of National Importance under the IIM Act of 2017, is hiring a Research Associate to work under Prof. Surendra Babu Talluri in the OB&HRM Area. You will support multiple research projects related to organizational behavior and human resource management. This role is ideal if you are seriously considering a PhD in OB&HRM and want hands-on research experience at a premier institution. You will be fully integrated into IIMB's vibrant research community and can interact with PhD students, faculty, pre-doctoral fellows, and academic associates. Mentorship and guidance will also be provided for your PhD application journey.
