Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: The initial full-time term runs for three years. IIBF may consider an extension, subject to satisfactory performance, continued need and the upper age condition specified in the notice.
• Exit notice: Either side may end the engagement by giving three months' notice. This is an important commitment for senior professionals moving from another organisation.
• Work location: The role is based at IIBF's Corporate Office in Kurla West, Mumbai. The notice presents it as an office-based leadership assignment rather than a remote or multi-location position.
• Leadership scope: You will oversee both operational and administrative work in the IT department.
