IFFCO Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2026

IFFCO is India's largest fertiliser cooperative and a Schedule-A multi-state cooperative society headquartered at IFFCO Sadan, Saket Place, New Delhi. The recruitment opens entry-level engineer trainee roles across IFFCO plants and subsidiaries with a 1-year structured training followed by absorption based on performance. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a UGC/AICTE-recognised university or institute in any one of these branches — Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Electronics, Civil, IT, Computer Science, or Bachelor in Artificial Intelligence.
• Year of passing: You must have passed in 2023 or later. Final-year students whose results are expected by August 2026 can also apply.
• Minimum marks: 60% aggregate for General/OBC and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
• CGPA: If your degree is in CGPA, convert it to percentage as per your university norm before filling the form.
• Language: Working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 30 years as on 30 April 2026.
• Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to the Creamy Layer.

Salary

• Total monthly stipend during the 1-year training is approximately Rs. 65,000 per month.
• This includes HRA, Canteen Allowance, Washing Allowance, Provident Fund, and other allowances per IFFCO rules.
• Posting can be at any IFFCO plant across India, and you will be transferable to existing or future establishments of IFFCO or its subsidiaries.

Selection Process

1. Preliminary Online Test: A computer-based test conducted in an open environment. You will use your own laptop/computer with internet — so make sure your setup works before exam day.
2. Final Online Test: Shortlisted candidates from the preliminary round will be called for a final online test in a controlled environment at designated centres.
3. Personal Interview: Based on the online test performance, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
4. Medical Examination: After clearing the interview, you will be medically examined as per IFFCO's medical standards before final selection.
