Who Can Apply?

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years as on the closing date
• Maximum age: 42 years as on the closing date of registration
• Age relaxation: Relaxation is available as per Haryana Government instructions dated 25 March 2022.
• SC / Backward Classes: The appended Haryana instructions mention 5 years relaxation.
• PwD: Relaxation can be up to 10 years for Group C and D posts, with additional relaxation for eligible reserved category applicants, subject to the maximum limit mentioned in rules.
• Ex-servicemen: Relaxation is available to the extent of military service plus 3 years, subject to rules.

Application Fee

• Earlier CET Group C applicants: If you already applied under CET Group C Advertisement No. 1/2025, you do not need to pay the fee again for this CET Group-D registration.
• Fresh Group-D applicants: Fresh applicants need to pay the CET fee online through net banking, debit card, or credit card.
• Standard rate: The CET fee table uses a standard rate of Rs. 1,000.
• Reduced fee: Depending on category, residence, and whether PP Number/Aadhaar is provided, the payable fee may be 25%, 50%, or 100% of the standard rate.
• No refund: Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

The Group-D recruitment process starts with the Common Eligibility Test.

1. Online Registration: Fill the CET Group-D registration form on the official HSSC designated portal.
2. CET Written Exam: The CET score carries 100% weightage for Group-D posts covered by the notice.
3. Qualifying Marks: General category candidates need 50%, while reserved category candidates need 40%.
4. Post Advertisement / Further Process: Detailed Group-D posts will be published separately, and HSSC will use CET marks for the applicable recruitment process.
5. Document Verification: Uploaded documents and eligibility claims will be checked as per HSSC rules.

Exam note: The paper is at Matriculation level. It includes General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, English, Hindi, and Haryana-related topics such as history, current affairs, literature, geography, environment, and culture. The paper is bilingual in English and Hindi and will be held in offline OMR mode.

How to Apply

1. Go to the HSSC designated portal at onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.
2. Use your existing CET registration number if you already registered for earlier CET advertisements, or complete new registration if you are a new applicant.
3. Fill all required personal, educational, category, residence, and reservation details carefully.
4. Upload scanned documents from the original certificates, including both sides if a certificate is printed on both sides.
5. Upload category, residence, EWS, PwBD, ESM, sports, or other reservation certificates only if they apply to you.
6. Upload a latest colour photograph with white background, with your name and photo date mentioned on it.
7. Pay the applicable online fee if you are required to pay.
8. Submit the form before 03 July 2026, 11:59 PM and keep the final printout safely.
