Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Group-D CET Recruitment 2026

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has issued Advertisement No. 05/2026 for CET registration for Group-D posts. This notice is for the eligibility test and registration process; detailed Group-D post names and vacancies will be published separately by the Commission. The CET score will be used for Group-D recruitment as per the Haryana Group-D Employees rules and HSSC recruitment process rules.

This is important for candidates who want Group-D jobs under Haryana Government departments, boards, corporations, statutory bodies, and other government-controlled agencies. New applicants will get a registration number, while applicants who had already registered for earlier CET advertisements must use their existing CET registration number where applicable.

The notice clearly says the detail of Group-D posts will be published separately. Because of that, vacancy count, post-wise salary, and department-wise posting details are not filled in this listing. This page focuses on the official CET registration facts: qualification, age, fee, exam pattern, application dates, and document upload rules.

Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: You must have passed Matriculation from a recognised board.
  • Language requirement: You must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation as one of the subjects.
  • Posts covered: This qualification applies to Group-D posts except posts such as Sweeper, Chowkidar, and Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar, where separate rules may apply.
  • Registration: You must register on the designated portal at onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.

  • PwD: Relaxation can be up to 10 years for Group C and D posts, with additional relaxation for eligible reserved category applicants, subject to the maximum limit mentioned in rules.
  • Ex-servicemen: Relaxation is available to the extent of military service plus 3 years, subject to rules.

Application Fee

  • Earlier CET Group C applicants: If you already applied under CET Group C Advertisement No. 1/2025, you do not need to pay the fee again for this CET Group-D registration.
  • Fresh Group-D applicants: Fresh applicants need to pay the CET fee online through net banking, debit card, or credit card.
  • Standard rate: The CET fee table uses a standard rate of Rs. 1,000.
