HKRN MIG Welder Recruitment 2026 — 30 Posts

HKRN is the Haryana Government's skill placement nigam. It connects ITI-trained workers and skilled candidates with private companies operating in the state. This drive is for 30 MIG welder positions at the JBM auto-component plant in Bahrampur, Gurugram. The application window is 22 April 2026 to 01 May 2026 — only 10 days, so apply early.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Welder trade from a recognised institute.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of MIG welding experience is preferred. Freshers from welder ITI can also apply.
• Skills needed: Ability to read technical drawings, follow safety procedures, and operate MIG welding equipment.
• Domicile: Open to candidates registered with HKRN. Haryana residents preferred for placement convenience.

Salary

• Base salary: Rs. 15,700 per month for an 8-hour shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
• Overtime: Paid as per company policy on top of base.
• Total in-hand (with overtime): Up to Rs. 26,000 per month as listed on the HKRN portal.
• Attendance bonus: Rs. 700 per month for skilled workers, Rs. 500 per month for unskilled.
• Other benefits: PF, ESI, and subsidised meals at Rs. 19 per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner if overtime).

Selection Process
