Educational Qualification

• Qualification: You must meet the latest NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines for the faculty post.
• NMC regulation: The notice refers to the Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations 2025 dated 30 June 2025.
• Medical documents: You should carry MBBS, MD/MS/DNB and other required qualification documents for verification.
• Registration: Updated State Medical Council or NMC registration is required.

Other Requirements

• Experience and publications: Carry teaching experience, publications and research-related certificates where applicable.
• NOC: If you are working now, carry a No Objection Certificate or relieving certificate where applicable.
• Separate forms: Submit a separate application for each post if you apply for more than one faculty position.
• Course certificates: Keep NMC-approved Basic or Revised Basic Course in Medical Education and Basic Course in Biomedical Research certificates ready if they apply to your faculty profile.
• Category proof: OBC, EWS, SC, ST and PwD certificates must be in the correct Government of India format for central government jobs.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 69 years as on the date of interview.
• Tenure limit: Engagement can continue only up to 70 years maximum.
• Age reference date: 9 June 2026.

Salary

• Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 2,60,226 per month.
• Associate Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,73,045 per month.
• Assistant Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,48,669 per month.
• Service benefits: This is a contract post, so PF, pension, gratuity and similar benefits are not part of the appointment.
• Accommodation: Hostel or quarters may be provided subject to availability.
• Security deposit: Selected faculty must submit Rs. 20,000 through Demand Draft at joining. It is refundable after successful contract completion and No Dues Certificate.
• Contract terms: Resignation requires one month notice or one month salary in lieu, and no private practice is allowed after joining.

• SC/ST/ESIC employees/Female/Ex-servicemen/PwD candidates: No fee.
• Others: Rs. 500.
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund A/c No. 1, payable at Faridabad.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on academic credentials and interview performance.

1. Offline application submission: Bring the attached application form with self-attested copies of documents.
2. Document verification: Only candidates whose documents are verified will move to the interview stage.
3. Interview: A selection board will assess academic record and interview performance.
4. Result and offer: Results will be placed on esic.gov.in, and offers will be sent by email.
