Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Model Hospital, Phulwarisharif, Patna has released a notice for hiring Full Time Specialists and Part Time Specialists through walk-in interview. The vacancies are in Anesthesiology, Dermatology, ENT, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Radiology. Who Can Apply?

Full Time Junior Specialist

• Qualification: You need a PG degree in the concerned specialty and registration with the Medical Council of India.
• Age: You should not exceed 67 years as on the date of interview.
• Experience: You need 3 years post-PG experience in the concerned specialty.

Full Time Senior Specialist

• Qualification: You need a PG degree in the concerned specialty and registration with the Medical Council of India.
• Age: You should not exceed 67 years as on the date of interview.
• Experience: You need 5 years post-PG experience in the concerned specialty.

Part Time Specialist

• Qualification: You need a PG degree or PG diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognised university.
• Registration: You must be registered with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• Experience: You need 3 years experience after PG degree or 5 years experience after PG diploma.
• Age: You should not exceed 67 years as on the date of interview.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 67 years as on the date of interview.
• OBC reservation or relaxation claims must be supported by the proper Government of India certificate format.

Salary

• Full Time Specialists: Pay will be as per ESIC Headquarters Office letter OM Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08 December 2022.
• Part Time Specialists: Fixed pay is Rs. 60,000 for 16 hours per week.
• Emergency Visit: Visiting charge is Rs. 15,000 in case of emergency call.
• Additional Hours: Extra approved work above 16 hours per week is paid at Rs. 800 per hour, when justified by the Medical Superintendent.

Application Fee

• General / EWS / OBC: Rs. 400
• SC / ST: Rs. 100
• Female candidates: No fee
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 1, payable at State Bank of India, Anishabad Branch.
• The fee is non-refundable.

Selection Process

Selection will be through walk-in interview and document checking at ESIC Model Hospital Phulwarisharif, Patna.

1. Application and Fee Check: Submit the application and demand draft, if fee is applicable.
2. Document Verification: Carry two sets of self-attested copies and all original documents.
3. Walk-in Interview: Report between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. The interview starts at 11:00 AM.
4. Medical Fitness and Character Verification: Final engagement is subject to medical fitness and verification of character and antecedents.

2. Submit your resume 7 days before the interview for the interview date you plan to attend.
3. Carry two sets of self-attested copies of age proof, MBBS, PG degree or diploma, attempt certificates, registration, caste or EWS certificate if applicable, and experience proof.
4. Carry all original documents for verification.
5. Bring two recent passport size photographs and proof of residence.
6. If you are already employed, bring a No Objection Certificate from your present employer.
7. Report at the Office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital Phulwarisharif, Patna-801505 between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
