Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has released this Faridabad notice for contract engagement of Senior Residents in broad speciality departments at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, NH-3, NIT, Faridabad. The contract is for 1 year first and may be extended up to 3 years based on approval, conduct and satisfactory performance. No written exam is mentioned; selection is through document verification, academic record and interview.

Category-wise total: UR 12, OBC 30, SC 22, ST 9 and EWS 10. Some unreserved posts are currently occupied against reserved category posts, so ESIC will interview those posts only when candidates from the respective reserved category report.

Who Can Apply?

Senior Resident

• Qualification: You need the medical qualification required under the latest NMC/MCI guidelines for the concerned broad speciality.
• Registration: You must carry updated NMC or State Medical Council registration for MBBS and post-MBBS qualifications.
• NOC: If you work in a government, autonomous or statutory institution, carry a No Objection Certificate or proof that you have applied for it.

Non-PG Resident in ICU

• Fallback condition: In ICU, if PG-qualified candidates do not report, ESIC may consider MBBS doctors without PG degree.
• Experience: For the Non-PG ICU option, you need 2 years of experience, including 1 year in ICU, General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Casualty or Anesthesia from a hospital.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 45 years as on the date of walk-in interview.
• Age reference date: 8 June 2026.
• Reservation and relaxation will follow Government of India rules wherever applicable.

Salary

• Senior Resident: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,48,669 per month.
• Non-PG Resident: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,23,196 per month.
• Accommodation: Hostel or quarters may be given if available. If accommodation is used, HRA will not be paid and deductions will apply as per rules.
• Service benefits: The contract does not give PF, pension, gratuity, seniority or promotion benefits.
• Security deposit: Selected doctors must submit Rs. 20,000 through Demand Draft at joining. The amount is refundable after successful contract completion and No Dues Certificate.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/ESIC regular employees/Female/PH candidates: No fee.
• All other categories: Rs. 500.
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund A/c No. 1, payable at Faridabad.
• Refund: Fee once paid is non-refundable.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on document verification, academic record and interview performance.

1. Reporting and document verification: Report between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on 8 June 2026 at the venue with the form and documents.
2. Interview: Only candidates whose documents are verified will appear before the interview board.
3. Result and offer: Results will be placed on the ESIC recruitment website, and appointment offers will be sent by email.
4. Joining formalities: Selected doctors must follow the joining instructions and submit the required security deposit.

How to Apply

2. Prepare self-attested copies of all required certificates and keep originals ready for checking.
3. Bring the filled form, documents, photo, fee Demand Draft where applicable and category certificates on 8 June 2026.
4. Report at Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
5. If you apply for more than one post or department, submit a separate application and fee for each.
6. Carry Class 10 proof, MBBS and PG certificates, medical registration, category certificate, experience proof, photograph, NOC or relieving proof and Aadhaar for document verification.
7. Check the Recruitments section of esic.gov.in after the interview because ESIC will publish the result there and send appointment offers by email.
