Delhi State AIDS Control Society (DSACS) is hiring 31 contract staff across 19 different posts for the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP) at its headquarters in Delhi. Delhi State AIDS Control Society (DSACS), under the Government of NCT of Delhi, has released Vacancy Notice No. F2(560)/DSACS/Admn/2025-26/Vol.-II/184 dated 22 April 2026 for engaging 31 staff on a purely contractual basis under the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP-V). Retired persons are also eligible for these posts. The roles include senior leadership, technical, clinical and support positions across components like ICTC/BSD, Lab Services, STI-RSTI, DISHA and OST.

Who Can Apply?

Essential qualification, experience and Terms of Reference (ToR) for each position are detailed in Annexure-1 of the official notification, as per NACP-V guidelines. Broadly:

  • Medical Officer (OST): MBBS from a recognised institution with relevant experience.
  • Staff Nurse (OST): GNM or B.Sc Nursing with registration from a State Nursing Council.
  • Deputy Director / Assistant Director posts: Postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline (Public Health, Social Sciences, Management, Communications, Statistics) with project management experience.
  • Clinical Services Officer (DISHA): MBBS with clinical experience.
  • Counsellor: Postgraduate in Psychology / Social Work or related field with counselling experience.
  • Lab / Laboratory Technician: DMLT / B.Sc MLT with relevant experience.
  • Technical Officer / Data Monitoring Officer: Postgraduate in relevant subject with experience in data analysis or laboratory services.
  • Cluster Prevention Officer: Postgraduate in Social Sciences / Public Health with field experience.

  • Medical Officer (OST): Upper age limit 65 years

Salary

  • Medical Officer (OST): Rs. 72,000 per month
  • Deputy Director (TI/Prevention, ICTC/BSD, Lab. Serv.): Rs. 50,680 per month
  • Clinical Services Officer (DISHA): Rs. 46,800 per month
  • Cluster Prevention Officer (DISHA): Rs. 45,000 per month
  • Data Monitoring and Documentation Officer (DISHA): Rs. 37,500 per month
  • Assistant Director (all branches): Rs. 35,000 per month
  • Technical Officer (LAB. SERV.): Rs. 35,000 per month
  • Staff Nurse, Lab Technician, Laboratory Technician, Counsellor: Rs. 21,000 per month

Salary is a consolidated remuneration. The posts are purely contractual and co-terminus with the project, with contract likely to be renewed every year on 1st April based on performance. There is no claim for regularisation.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in the following stages:

  1. Written Test: Candidates appearing before the Board/Panel will take a written test as part of the selection.
  2. Interview: Conducted by the constituted Board/Panel along with the written test on the same day.
  3. Document Verification: Originals of all certificates and ID proof will be verified at the time of test/interview.

Venue, date and time of the written test and interview will be communicated by email to shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor activities under the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP-V) in your assigned component (TI/Prevention, ICTC/BSD, Lab Services, STI-RSTI, DISHA, OST).
  • Provide technical, clinical or counselling support to HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, treatment and care services.
  • Maintain records, registers and data reports as per NACP guidelines and submit timely updates to senior officers.
  • Coordinate with district teams, NGOs, partner organisations and Targeted Intervention (TI) projects.
  • Conduct field visits, supportive supervision and capacity building activities for staff and outreach workers.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance norms and bio-safety protocols at the workplace.
  • Prepare programme review reports, presentations and documentation for state and national review meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

Varies by post — DMLT/B.Sc MLT for Technicians, GNM/B.Sc Nursing for Staff Nurse, MBBS for Medical/Clinical Services Officer, Postgraduate degree for Director/Officer-level posts (per Annexure-1, NACP-V).

Preferred Qualification

Prior experience in HIV/AIDS programme, public health, project management or laboratory services.
