Defence Research and Innovation Foundation (DRIF) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar is hiring Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) on contract for its daily office operations. The appointment supports the foundation’s offices, classrooms, laboratories and shared spaces at IIT Ropar.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract length: The initial appointment is for eleven months. An extension for another eleven months is possible through a recommendation from the Administrative and Assistant Training Officer and Chief Executive Officer to the Managing Director.
• Extension arrangement: The additional term depends on a recommendation. The notice sets out a contract appointment and does not promise an automatic extension after the initial period.
• Reporting: The Senior Executive Officer is the point of contact for the day’s work. The notice also places specified event-related assignments under directions from this officer or the Chief Executive Officer.
