DRIF IIT Ropar Accounts Officer Recruitment 2026: Overview

Defence Research and Innovation Foundation (DRIF), a Section 8 company established at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, is recruiting an Accounts Officer. • Prepare monthly accounts for the CEO/MD and help prepare next-year financial projections by December of the preceding year.

• Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors and IIT Ropar departments.
• Track budgets, fund use and transaction records, and prevent dues remaining unpaid beyond 15 days, including holidays.
• Prepare invoices for the projects and courses identified in the notice.
• Arrange approved travel, accommodation and related payments for office bearers.
• Operate the GeM portal for DRIF under the CEO/MD’s directions.
