District Panchayat Kabirdham Accounts cum MIS Assistant Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Office of District Panchayat Kabirdham (Chhattisgarh) has invited applications for 01 contractual post of Accounts cum MIS Assistant (Lekha Sah MIS Sahayak) at the Development Block level. This recruitment is being done under the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (CGSRLM) "Bihan" programme, as per the order of the Mission Director, SRLM, Nava Raipur dated 23.02.2026. Selection will be based on academic merit and a skill test — there is no written exam. Freshers with relevant qualifications and experience can apply.

Who Can Apply?

  • Educational Qualification: You must have a Graduate degree from a recognised university with Commerce as your subject, OR a one-year Diploma in Computer from a recognised institute.
  • Desirable Qualification: Candidates with a Tally Certificate will be given preference.
  • Experience: You need at least 2 years of work experience in Accounts from a related Centre/State Government, Local Body, or Government-affiliated entity listed on the NITI Aayog website.

  • Domicile: You must be a resident of Chhattisgarh. Caste and domicile certificates issued by a competent authority are mandatory.

Age Limit

  • You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 January 2026.

Salary

  • Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 23,350 per month.
  • This is a contractual position. No DA, HRA, pension, gratuity, or death benefits are applicable.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on academic merit and a skill test. Total marks: 100.

  1. Academic Merit (75 marks):
    • Graduation percentage weightage: 35 marks
    • 12th Class percentage weightage: 20 marks
    • 10th Class percentage weightage: 20 marks
  2. Work Experience (15 marks):
    • General experience: 02 marks per full year of relevant accounts experience (minimum 2 years required, maximum 10 marks)
    • CG SRLM experience: 01 mark per full year of experience under Chhattisgarh SRLM, maximum 05 marks
  3. Skill Test (10 marks): A skill test will be conducted for shortlisted candidates. If there are more applications than expected, up to 10 candidates per post will be called for the skill test based on merit.

Final selection will be based on the combined score of academic merit, experience, and skill test marks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts and financial records at the block-level office under SRLM Bihan scheme
  • Manage the Management Information System (MIS) and keep digital records updated
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Assist the block team in maintaining proper books of accounts
  • Enter data related to Self Help Groups (SHGs) and livelihood activities into the MIS portal
  • Monitor fund utilization and prepare utilization certificates as required
  • Coordinate with district and state-level offices for timely submission of financial data
