Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), a Government of Gujarat Special Purpose Vehicle developing India's first greenfield smart industrial city under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, has announced recruitment for 11 positions across engineering, finance, planning, and corporate functions. DICDL works under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board (GIDB) and is jointly backed by the Central and State Governments. This is a rare opportunity to work on one of India's most ambitious smart city projects at Dholera Special Investment Region in Gujarat. Who Can Apply?

Company Secretary (CTC up to Rs. 24 lacs):

• Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university and Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
• Preferred: LLB, CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

Manager Posts (CTC up to Rs. 18 lacs):

• Manager - Accounts & Finance: Professional Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with 7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Manager - Urban & Regional Planner: Master of Planning (Urban/Regional/Industrial/Environmental/Infrastructure Planning) from a recognised university with 7 years post-qualification experience
• Manager - Municipal Services: M.Plan/M.Tech in Urban/Infrastructure Planning, M.Tech/M.E. in Civil, or Graduate in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years post M.Plan/M.E./M.Tech experience, or 5 years compulsory experience in Gujarat Municipal Corporations for civil engineering graduates
• Manager - Fire & Emergency Services: Station Officer/ADO course from National Fire Service College Nagpur or AICTE-approved institute, OR B.E./B.Tech (Fire/Fire & Safety) or B.Sc (Fire). Minimum 7 years relevant experience

Assistant Manager Posts (CTC up to Rs. 15 lacs):

• AM - Environment, Health and Safety: Engineering graduate (preference for Civil) with full-time Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from AICTE/State Board approved institute. Minimum 4 years experience including 2 years in manufacturing
• AM - Roads & Other Infrastructure: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred) with 4 years experience in citywide infrastructure O&M
• AM - Mechanical & Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronics (M.E./M.Tech preferred) with 4 years experience

Junior Manager (CTC up to Rs. 6 lacs):

• Junior Manager (Civil): Engineering graduate in Civil/Water Resource/Environment Engineering (PG in Highway/Transportation/Construction Management or Water preferred) with 2 years experience in road construction or water project works

Indian nationality is mandatory for all posts. Gujarati language proficiency is required for several positions.

Age Limit

• Assistant Manager (EHS): Below 35 years
• Manager - Municipal Services: Below 40 years
• Manager - Fire & Emergency Services: Below 40 years
• Other posts: Age limit as per General Conditions (refer to official notification)

Salary

• Company Secretary: CTC up to Rs. 24,00,000 per annum (Rs. 2,00,000 per month approximately)
• Manager Posts: CTC up to Rs. 18,00,000 per annum (Rs. 1,50,000 per month approximately)
• Assistant Manager Posts: CTC up to Rs. 15,00,000 per annum (Rs. 1,25,000 per month approximately)
• Junior Manager (Civil): CTC up to Rs. 6,00,000 per annum (Rs. 50,000 per month approximately)
• CTC includes basic pay plus all applicable allowances as per company policy

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and relevant experience as per the eligibility criteria for each post
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their domain knowledge, skills, and suitability for the role
3. Document Verification: Final selected candidates will need to produce all original documents for verification before appointment

There is no written exam for this recruitment. Selection is purely based on experience and interview performance.

• Handle project execution, operations, and resource management for smart city infrastructure development at Dholera SIR
• Manage planning, design, and implementation of citywide engineering and municipal services projects
• Prepare technical documents, DPRs, feasibility studies, and project monitoring reports
• Coordinate with Government of Gujarat departments, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and track compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist senior management with financial planning, accounts management, and statutory compliance
• Conduct inspections, audits, and safety evaluations for ongoing infrastructure projects
