DBEO Hardoi ARP Recruitment 2026 - Overview

District Basic Education Officer (DBEO), Hardoi has invited applications for 36 Academic Resource Person (ARP) posts under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. These are deputation posts for currently serving government teachers in Uttar Pradesh.

Important: This recruitment is NOT open to the general public. Only teachers currently serving under UP Basic Shiksha Parishad (primary and upper primary schools) can apply.

Vacancy Details

Total 36 posts are vacant out of 100 approved positions. The subject-wise breakdown is:

• Hindi Education: 11 posts
• Mathematics Education: 1 post
• English Education: 11 posts
• Science Education: 7 posts
• Social Studies: 11 posts

Who Can Apply

• Must be a serving government primary or upper primary teacher under UP Basic Shiksha Parishad
• Bachelor's Degree with teacher training qualification (B.Ed / BTC / D.El.Ed)
• Subject-specific qualifications for the chosen stream
• At least 5 years of teaching experience
• At least 10 years remaining before retirement
• No pending disciplinary proceedings against the candidate

Salary and Allowances

There is no separate salary for this post. ARPs will continue to get their existing teacher pay. In addition, you will get a transport allowance of Rs. 2,500 per month.

The deputation is for 1 year, which can be renewed up to 3 years.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a total of 100 marks. You must score at least 60% in each stage to move forward.

1. Written Exam: 60 marks
2. Micro Teaching Demo: 30 marks
3. Interview: 10 marks

• Provide academic support and mentoring to teachers in primary and upper primary schools across the block
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building programmes for teachers
• Visit schools regularly to observe classroom teaching and give feedback
• Help teachers improve their teaching methods and learning outcomes
• Prepare and share teaching-learning materials for the assigned subject area
• Monitor and track student learning levels in the block
• Support implementation of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan programmes at the block level
• Submit regular reports on school visits and training activities to the DBEO office
