The Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram, is an autonomous institution under the Government of Kerala. Since being founded in 1979, CMD has built deep experience advising the Government of India, Government of Kerala, Local Self Governments, and development agencies on project design and monitoring — skills it now brings to this PSU assignment. CMD has released this notification on behalf of a Government PSU to hire a Project Monitoring Executive who will track central government scheme projects across the state and report progress to the Director of Tourism. This is an outsourced, consolidated-pay position ideal for engineering graduates with strong data analysis and reporting skills who want hands-on exposure to government project monitoring.

Government PSUs and departments increasingly need dedicated project monitoring professionals who can translate ground-level implementation data into clear dashboards and reports for senior officials. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience: You need 3 to 8 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, or government project monitoring.
• Skills: Proficiency in SQL and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau, along with strong report writing and documentation skills.

• You must be a citizen of India, and your qualification must be from a recognized university or institute. If your degree is an equivalent qualification, you will need to submit an equivalency certificate issued by the competent authority.
• CMD only accepts original or provisional certificates for your educational qualifications — mark sheets or consolidated statements alone are not accepted, so keep your documents ready before applying.

Age Limit

• Your age should not exceed 40 years as on the cut-off date of 1 July 2026.
• The same date (1 July 2026) is also used to calculate whether you meet the required 3-8 years of experience.

Salary

• The selected candidate will get a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 46,230.
• This is an outsourced position, so the pay is fixed as per the notification and no separate pay scale or grade pay applies.

Selection Process
