CBI FLC Counsellor Recruitment 2026: Overview
Central Bank of India is recruiting Financial Literacy Centre Counsellors through its sponsored society, Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS). The contractual engagement covers centres in Balrampur, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, Surajpur and Surguja in Chhattisgarh, under the Ambikapur Region. The society supports financial awareness among rural communities and self-employment training for rural youth through its wider network of centres.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract: Your appointment runs for one year. Renewal is at the bank's discretion under its policies, so you should not treat it as automatic continuation.
- Renewal review: A performance appraisal must reach the Regional Manager one month before the contract ends. The notice also links renewal to appraisal parameters and a minimum B grading of the RSETI Centre, using that term in its renewal clause.
- Leave: The contract allows 15 days of leave in a year, with a maximum of two days in a month.
- Transfer declaration: Although this recruitment names centres in Chhattisgarh, the application includes your consent to serve anywhere in India and to transfers at the bank's discretion. Read that declaration before signing.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university. Ex-servicemen and applicants from outside banking need banking and financial-services knowledge and completion of a relevant IIBF certification course, as specified in the notice.
