Service Eligibility

  • Option 1: You should be holding an analogous post on regular basis.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA route: Two-year Master of Business Administration with Personnel or Finance specialisation from a recognised university or AICTE-approved institution.
  • PG route: Two-year Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management or Finance from a recognised university or AICTE-approved institution.
  • BIS departmental candidates: BIS departmental candidates are not eligible to apply for this deputation post.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age is 56 years.
