Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a Mini Ratna company under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, has released Vacancy Advertisement No. 553 for engaging manpower on a contract basis. The selected candidates will be deployed at the office of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the Mumbai Metro project. All posts carry the same monthly CTC of Rs. 65,000, and the posting location is Mumbai, Maharashtra. This drive covers three different supervisory roles across telecom, civil, and safety functions.

Who Can Apply?

System Supervisor / S&T (4 posts)

• Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Engineering OR 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech, in Electronics / ECE / Computer Science (CSE) / Information Technology (IT), from a Government-recognised institute or university.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in telecom systems in Metro / Railways / Airport / Smart Cities / public or private telecom networks, with annual CTC of Rs. 5 lakh or above.

Supervisor (Civil) (8 posts)

• Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma OR 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, from a Government-recognised institute or university.
• Experience: Total 5 years of professional experience, of which 3 years should be in Metro / Railways, with annual CTC of Rs. 5 lakh or above.

Supervisor (Safety) (2 posts)

• Qualification (any one): M.E./M.Tech in Safety Engineering with B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical; OR B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with a one-year full-time Degree/Diploma in Safety; OR B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering. Minimum CGPA 6.0 or 60% marks is required.
• Experience: Total 4 years of professional experience, of which 2 years should be in Metro / Railways, with annual CTC of Rs. 5 lakh or above.

For all posts, the experience should be of supervisory nature in the relevant discipline. Candidates working in the Mumbai / Maharashtra region will be preferred.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 40 years old.
• The age limit is counted as on the date of publication of the advertisement (25 June 2026).
• Age Relaxation: as per Government of India (GoI) guidelines.

Salary

• All three posts carry a fixed consolidated monthly CTC of Rs. 65,000.
• This is a contract engagement for one year, deployed at the DMRC office for the Mumbai Metro project.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done by BECIL and the client (DMRC) in these steps:

1. Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Applications are checked and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria for each post.
2. Client Selection: The shortlisted list is sent to the client (DMRC) for further selection, which may include an interview, assessment, or skill test as decided by the client.
3. Final Selection: Candidates selected by the client are informed by email and/or phone. Higher qualifications and more relevant experience may be given preference.

2. Fill the form in capital letters and attach a recent passport-size photo.
3. Attach a Demand Draft of Rs. 295 (not required for SC/ST/PwBD) in favour of BECIL, payable at Noida.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all certificates: 10th, 12th, qualification, experience, caste certificate (if any), PAN, Aadhaar, and bank passbook/cheque.
5. Write the Advertisement No. 553 and the post applied for on the envelope.
6. Send the application only by Speed Post or Registered Post so it reaches by 10 July 2026, 6:00 PM, to:

• Manage all safety department works for the DMRC project at Mumbai Metro (Safety)
• Ensure work follows technical standards and safety norms on site
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors during project execution
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site records
