Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a Government of India Mini Ratna enterprise under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, has released Vacancy Advertisement No. 546 dated 13 April 2026 for 28 posts across two healthcare roles. These positions are on a purely contract basis for deployment in the office of a Central Government Hospital in the Delhi NCR region. Both posts carry an identical monthly salary of Rs. 40,710. Who Can Apply?

For Medical Lab Technician (MLT) — 26 posts:

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology from a recognised Institute or University
• Desirable: At least 1 year of experience post-degree in a hemodialysis unit
• Age Limit: 21 to 35 years

For Perfusionist — 2 posts:

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc Degree from a recognised University
• Certification: Certification in Perfusion Technology awarded by a recognised Institute/Association/Authority (such as the Association of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons of India) after completing training in a centre with at least 1 year of clinical perfusion experience
• Desirable: Working experience in clinical perfusion
• Age Limit: Not more than 40 years

Age is calculated as on the date the advertisement was published (13 April 2026).

Age Limit

• Medical Lab Technician: 21 to 35 years
• Perfusionist: Up to 40 years
• Age is calculated as on the date of publication of the advertisement (13 April 2026).

Salary

• Both posts carry a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 40,710 per month
• These are contract-based positions — government allowances (DA, HRA) are not separately mentioned

Selection Process

Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Application Shortlisting: Applications are screened based on eligibility criteria. Having the required qualification does not guarantee a call letter — preference goes to candidates with higher marks or more relevant experience.
2. Interview / Assessment / Skill Test (if applicable): Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email or phone. The final interview is conducted by the client (Principal Employer — the Central Government Hospital).
3. Document Verification: Selected candidates must present original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of interview.

BECIL will only publish the final selection result on its official website. No interim shortlists will be published.

3. Attach a recent passport-size colour photograph.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of: Educational/Professional Certificates, 10th Certificate or Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Work Experience Certificates (if applicable), PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Copy of EPF/ESIC Card from previous employer (if applicable), and Bank Passbook copy with account details.
5. Attach a Demand Draft (DD) for the applicable fee (not required for SC/ST/PwD).
6. Seal all documents in an envelope. Super-scribe the envelope with Advertisement No. 546 and the post applied for.

• Monitor quality control procedures and maintain calibration logs for all lab instruments
• Keep inventory of lab reagents and consumables and raise indent when needed
