Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a Mini Ratna Central Government Enterprise under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, has issued Vacancy Advertisement No. 545 for two senior consultant positions at a Central Government Hospital in Delhi NCR. These are contract-based roles for experienced professionals in procurement and hospital quality management. The client hospital's Project Management Board will have the final say in selection and may offer a higher pay package depending on your experience.

Vacancy Breakdown

• Procurement Expert Consultant: 1 post — Rs. 2,00,000 per month
• Hospital Quality Management Senior Consultant: 1 post — Rs. 1,50,000 per month

Who Can Apply?

For Procurement Expert Consultant:

• Qualification: Master's in Supply Chain Management, Public Procurement, Project Management, MBA or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in institutional or government procurement — covering audits, tendering, contract negotiation, and compliance
• Desirable: Experience with GEM portal, CPPP, and World Bank/ADB procurement procedures is preferred

For Hospital Quality Management Senior Consultant:

• Qualification: Master's in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or MBA (Health Management)
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in hospital quality management — must have hands-on experience getting a hospital accredited under NABH or JCI standards
• Desirable: Prior experience in facility audits, SOP development, and institutional accreditation (NABH, JCI)

Salary

• Procurement Expert Consultant: Rs. 2,00,000 per month (consolidated)
• Hospital Quality Management Senior Consultant: Rs. 1,50,000 per month (consolidated)
• The Project Management Board may offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience

Selection Process

Selection is shortlisting-based followed by a client interview:
