Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial tenure: The appointment begins with six months. Renewal depends on your performance, extension of the TRC project and available funds, together with the required institutional approval.
• Project-linked continuation: The funding agency can change the duration. The notice also makes future continuation depend on functional needs and the project tenure, so renewal is conditional.
• Performance and termination: Unsatisfactory performance can lead to termination with one week's notice. The institute also reserves the right to end the engagement during a contract period, subject to the contract's terms.

• Joining: The tentative expectation is that you join within one month after the appointment order is issued. The offer remains provisional until the institute checks your credentials.
• Attendance arrangements: You must arrange your own transport and accommodation for the assessment. The institute will not accept requests to replace the in-person assessment with video conferencing.
• Recruitment decisions: Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee selection. AIIMS Madurai can modify or cancel the process, and disputes fall under Madurai's jurisdiction.
