M/s A.E. Securitas is selecting armed and unarmed Security Guards for outsourced deployment at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), Fursatganj. RGNAU has provided the venue and placed the notice on its website, but the university is not the employer and has no role in selecting or engaging the guards. The agency will manage the entire recruitment and employment relationship.

The work is built around campus access control, patrolling, visitor movement and emergency response. Post-wise Duties

Armed Security Guard

You will cover sensitive duty points, patrol the premises and manage incidents that need an armed security presence. Safe weapon care, disciplined conduct and proportionate response are central to this role.

Unarmed Security Guard

You will manage gates, check authorised access, guide visitors and maintain a visible patrol presence. You may also help control crowds and support fire, intrusion or evacuation procedures.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Outsourced engagement: Your employment will be with M/s A.E. Securitas, not RGNAU. The placement does not create a right to university appointment, absorption or seniority.
• Temporary tenure: The engagement runs with the agency's contract for the client and may be ended at the agency's discretion.
• Shift duty: Work may fall on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Guards work eight-hour shifts and must report half an hour early for briefing and handover.
• Weekly rest: One weekly off is available according to the shift roster.
• Deployment flexibility: The agency may place a selected guard at RGNAU, Fursatganj or another client location.
• Shortlisting: Meeting the basic conditions does not guarantee a call; the agency may use a higher cut-off to keep the group manageable.
• Legal jurisdiction: Disputes involving the agency fall under Delhi High Court jurisdiction, while any dispute involving RGNAU is restricted to the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court.
