TISS Guwahati Office Attendant Recruitment 2026: Overview
Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is hiring an Office Attendant for its Guwahati campus on a contract. The institute is a deemed university and a grant-in-aid institution under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. This recruitment is for campus office support in an institution whose work brings together teaching, research, field action and policy engagement.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract period: Your initial engagement runs from joining until 31 March 2027. It can be extended if your performance and the institute’s requirements support an extension.
- Reservation: The post is unreserved. TISS nevertheless encourages women and candidates from reserved categories to apply.
- Application accuracy: You are responsible for checking that the information in your application is correct. False information, fabricated records or concealment can lead to disqualification. If an issue is found after appointment, the institute can terminate the appointment.
