Post-wise Duties

Quality Manager

You will oversee the project's clinical quality framework, help teams follow Indian clinical-trial rules and Good Clinical Practice, and turn study requirements into practical monitoring plans and SOPs. The role also calls for clear reports, presentations and collaboration with investigators and project partners.

Senior Project Associate

You will support clinical-study execution and site coordination, organise essential trial records and work with electronic Trial Master File and Clinical Trial Management System platforms. You may also help prepare for internal or external audits, follow corrective and preventive actions, and improve routine quality processes.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: Appointments are short term and continue only within the life of the relevant project. Any extension depends on satisfactory performance and project need.
• No regular claim: Working in either position does not create a claim to regular employment at THSTI or CDSA.
• Experience counting: The institute counts experience gained after you obtained the minimum qualification specified for the role.
• Recognised credentials: Educational, professional and technical qualifications must come from a recognised board or university.
