Service Conditions and Caveats

• Academic-year engagement: The assignment is limited to the academic session and OUAT may end it earlier without giving a reason.
• No regular claim: Working as Guest Faculty does not create a right to a regular OUAT appointment.
• Exit notice: If you want to leave the assignment, you must give one month's prior notice before disengagement.
• Scholarly work: Peer-reviewed research publications receive weight during assessment, making a documented publication record useful.
• Employer clearance: If you already work elsewhere, bring a no-objection certificate from your present employer.
• Travel: OUAT will not pay TA or DA for attending the walk-in interview.
• Position changes: The university may increase, reduce or cancel positions according to need and approval.
