NMDC Doctors Recruitment 2026: Overview

NMDC Apollo Central Hospital, managed by Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, is recruiting medical professionals for its hospitals at Bacheli, Kirandul and Nagarnar in Chhattisgarh. The drive covers a super-specialist role, three specialist streams and a general-duty medical role, giving doctors at different career stages a route into well-equipped hospital services serving NMDC townships. The appointments are regular, but selected doctors will be employees of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited rather than NMDC Limited. You can choose either of the two notified walk-in venues.

Posts and Disciplines

• Nephrologist: A super-specialist role focused on kidney care, renal assessment and treatment planning across the hospital network.
• Specialist Medicine: An internal-medicine role handling adult diagnosis, inpatient care and complex medical cases.
• Specialist General Surgery: A surgical role covering assessment, operative support and post-operative care.
• Specialist Radiology: An imaging role supporting diagnosis through radiology services; additional monthly payment may be considered for doctors with strong experience.
• General Duty Medical Officer: A broad clinical role for routine consultations, ward cover, urgent care and referrals.

Post-wise Duties

Nephrologist

You will assess renal patients, plan treatment and coordinate dialysis or specialist referrals while maintaining clear clinical records for continuing care.

Medicine and General Surgery Specialists

You will lead diagnosis or surgical care in your discipline, guide junior clinical staff and manage inpatient and emergency cases within the facilities available at each hospital.

Radiology Specialist

You will interpret imaging studies, discuss findings with treating teams and support timely clinical decisions across the three hospital locations.

General Duty Medical Officer

You will provide first-contact care, handle ward and emergency duties, and refer patients to specialist services when needed.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Employer: Selected doctors will be placed on the rolls of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited.
• Posting: Work may be assigned at Bacheli, Kirandul or Nagarnar hospitals in Chhattisgarh according to operational need.
• Facilities: Regular doctors receive accommodation or HRA, medical support for self and dependants, outside-treatment insurance, accident cover, leave encashment, gratuity and EPF under applicable rules.
• Retention and training: Doctors can receive a retention bonus after completing the specified service period. Eligible specialists can also access annual speciality training and a national conference after their first year.
• Discretion: The hospital may consider higher CTC for experienced and deserving specialists. It may also relax the upper-age condition for suitable experienced specialist doctors.
• Government bond: If you are serving a government bond, you must produce an NOC from the concerned authority.
• Travel support: Eligible fare for the shortest route will be reimbursed for attending the interview when you produce the tickets.

Application Submission Notes

• Raipur venue: Attend at NMDC Office GEC, Housing Board Colony, Borriyakala, Shejbahar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 10 September 2026.
• Visakhapatnam venue: Attend at Apollo Health City, Arilova, Chinagadali, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 13 September 2026.
• Reporting window: Registration runs from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at both venues and closes at 12:30 PM.

Carry your detailed bio-data, recent colour photographs, original certificates and the requested self-attested copies. Keep your journey tickets if you plan to claim the applicable interview travel reimbursement.
