National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is hiring a Consultant for the Executive Director Secretariat in New Delhi. The contractual position reports to the Executive Director and sits in the division that coordinates technical inputs for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The ED Secretariat works across NHSRC divisions, so the role brings you into contact with several areas of health-systems work. The notice places this work in the context of service delivery, health financing, workforce issues, community processes, quality of care and public-health administration.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial tenure: Your contract runs until 31 March 2028. A further extension depends on satisfactory performance.

• Reporting relationship: The Executive Director oversees the position, and the secretariat's activities respond to the needs of the Director, NHSRC and the ministry.
