National Health Mission (NHM) Jharkhand Accounts & Management Professional Recruitment 2026 - 51 Posts

The Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, through the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS), has released a notification for 51 contractual posts of accounts and management professionals across 9 different roles at the state, district, and block level under NHM. Block Accounts Manager has the most vacancies (33 posts), making up nearly two-thirds of this recruitment, followed by Accounts Assistant-District-RCH (6 posts) and District Accounts Manager (5 posts). Who Can Apply?

Chartered Accountant (Rs. 75,000/month):

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, with at least 2 years of post-qualification practice or reputed-organization experience.

State Finance Manager-RCH (Rs. 65,000/month):

• Inter Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / Inter ICWA / Master's in Commerce / CFA, with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification related work experience and good computer and financial software skills.

State Accounts Manager (Rs. 60,000/month):

• Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com with knowledge of Tally software, and a minimum of 8 years post-qualification related work experience.

State Accounts Officer-Urban (Rs. 25,000/month):

• Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with knowledge of Tally software, and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in the government sector. Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.

Accounts Officer/State Accountant-NTEP (Rs. 31,395/month):

• MBA in Finance, Financial Management, or Accounts, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in audit or maintenance of accounts on a double-entry system in a recognized society or institution.

Executive Assistant-Accounts-RCH (Rs. 19,800/month):

• Master's/Post Graduate degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks, plus a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as an accountant, preferably in a government organization. You must know computer and Tally software, be fluent in English and Hindi, and understand government accounting procedures.

District Accounts Manager (Rs. 41,968/month):

• Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com with working knowledge of computers and accounting software (Tally), and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience in the relevant field.

Accounts Assistant-District-RCH (Rs. 25,200/month):

• M.Com with minimum 55% marks, plus a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as an accountant, preferably in the health sector. You must know computer and Tally software and be fluent in English and Hindi.

Block Accounts Manager (Rs. 20,085/month):

• Inter CA / Inter ICWA / B.Com, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in the relevant field and working skills on computer and financial software.

Age Limit

• Age is calculated as on 1 August 2026. General and EWS candidates should be up to 35 years, OBC (BC-I & BC-II) up to 37 years, Female Unreserved up to 38 years, and ST/SC candidates up to 40 years.
• PH (Persons with Disability) Relaxation: General/EWS up to 40 years, OBC up to 42 years, Female Unreserved up to 43 years, ST/SC up to 45 years.
• For posts that need additional work experience, the upper age limit is extended by adding the minimum required years of experience to the base age limit shown above.

Salary

• Selected candidates get a consolidated monthly honorarium ranging from Rs. 19,800 to Rs. 75,000, depending on the post — see the vacancy table above for the exact amount for each post.
• This is a contractual honorarium and does not include separate DA/HRA allowances.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

1. Document Verification: Your uploaded educational, experience, and category documents are checked against the eligibility criteria for the post.
2. Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates who meet the qualification and experience criteria are considered on merit as per NHM Jharkhand guidelines.
