NCRTC has released notification for 1 Executive (Coordination) post on re-employment basis. NCRTC Executive (Coordination) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a Joint Venture of the Government of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is responsible for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in the National Capital Region. NCRTC is currently operating the Delhi-Meerut corridor, which has been fully opened for commercial revenue operations. This recruitment is for retired government or PSU professionals who want to continue contributing their administrative and coordination expertise on a re-employment basis for 1 year, which may be extended based on performance.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need any Graduate degree from a UGC recognised Indian University or AICTE approved institution.
• Experience: You must have at least 20 years of experience working in Government departments, PSUs, or Central/State Government instrumentalities.
• Pay Scale at Superannuation: You should have retired at CDA Scale Rs. 47,600-1,51,100 (Level 8) or above, or IDA Scale Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 (E1) or above.
• Note: Teaching or freelancing experience will not count as qualifying experience.
• Equivalence: If you are claiming an equivalent qualification, you must produce an equivalence certificate.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 65 years as on 06 March 2026.
• There is no minimum age specified. This post is meant for retired professionals seeking re-employment.

Salary

• You will receive a consolidated lumpsum salary of Rs. 42,777 per month.
• You will also get HRA and other benefits as per NCRTC company policy.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for this post. Selection will be done through:

1. Document Verification: Your original certificates will be verified before the interview. You must bring all original documents. If documents are not in order, you will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
2. Interview: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interview. The venue, date, and time will be informed in advance.

Note: NCRTC reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards or not fill the position.

2. Register yourself with a valid email ID and mobile number.
3. Fill in the online application form with your details.
4. Upload a self-attested passport-size photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm, up to 100 KB, JPG/JPEG) and your signature (signed on white paper with blue or black pen, up to 100 KB, JPG/JPEG).
5. Upload self-attested copies of your 10th Certificate, Degree Certificate, PPO/Superannuation order, Last Salary Slip, and Experience/Service Certificate.
6. Submit the online application and download the form with your Unique Registration Number.
7. Print the application form, attach supporting documents, and send it by hand or post to: Career Cell, HR Department, GatiShakti Bhawan, National Capital Region Transport Corporation, INA Colony, New Delhi - 110023 by 06 April 2026.
8. Write "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF EXECUTIVE (COORDINATION) - 09/2026 ON RE-EMPLOYMENT BASIS" on the envelope.
