NCRTC Deputy General Manager (Admin) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a Joint Venture company of the Government of India and the participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. It operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is responsible for implementing the Namo Bharat (RRTS) project across the National Capital Region. This is an Immediate Absorption vacancy, meaning only candidates currently working in regular capacity in government entities, CPSEs, or PSUs are eligible to apply. The Delhi-Meerut corridor is already operational, and NCRTC is expanding its team for additional corridors.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: You must hold a Full-Time MBA degree from a UGC-recognised university or AICTE-approved institution.
• Experience: You need at least 8 years of post-qualification experience at the level of E2 (Rs. 50,000-1,60,000) / L9 (Rs. 53,100-1,67,800) or above. This experience must be in Central or State Government, CPSEs, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or Government Instrumentalities.
• Current Pay Scale (CDA): You should currently be in pay scale Rs. 78,800-2,09,200 (Level 12) or above, OR have at least 3 years of service in Rs. 67,700-2,08,700 (Level 11).
• Current Pay Scale (IDA): You should currently be in pay scale Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (E4) or above, OR have at least 3 years of service in Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (E3).
• Important: Only candidates working in regular capacity are eligible. Those on contract or ad-hoc basis cannot apply.
• Courses: Only full-time regular courses from recognised institutions are accepted. If you have a dual specialisation MBA, one specialisation must be relevant to Administration.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years as on 03 March 2026.
• You must be an Indian National above 18 years of age.

Salary

• Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 per month (IDA pattern) at Level E4.
• You will also receive HRA or Lease accommodation, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), and Perks and Allowances under the Cafeteria Approach.
• Other benefits and allowances are provided as per NCRTC company rules.
• Candidates coming from government entities or CPSEs in regular pay scales are eligible for pay protection.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Document Verification: Your original certificates will be checked before the interview. If your documents do not meet the eligibility criteria, you will not be allowed to proceed to the interview stage.
2. Interview: Eligible candidates who pass the document verification will appear for a personal interview. The venue, date, and time will be communicated in advance.

There is no written exam for this post. Selection is based on eligibility screening followed by interview.

4. Upload self-attested copies of all required documents (10th certificate, degree, MBA certificate, appointment letter, experience certificates, APARs, salary slips, Form-16/ITR, bank statements).
