Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: The initial engagement lasts one year. An extension depends on NCRTC's needs and your performance, so you should not treat renewal as an automatic part of the appointment.
• Provisional consideration: Taking part in recruitment does not mean that NCRTC has accepted all your claims. The corporation can cancel your candidature if it later finds that information is incorrect or important facts have been left out.
• Accuracy after appointment: The same requirement continues after you join. If a problem with your information comes to light after appointment, NCRTC can end your service under the conditions in the notice.
• Recruitment discretion: NCRTC may raise its minimum standards or decide to leave the position unfilled. It can also change, restrict or cancel the recruitment exercise, and meeting the stated minimum requirements does not guarantee further consideration.
• Interview arrangements: NCRTC will communicate the venue and schedule in advance. Requests to change the interview date or venue will not be accepted, so use the arrangements communicated to you.

• Communication: Keep your registered email active for at least one year. NCRTC uses email for recruitment correspondence and does not take responsibility for messages missed because you entered an incorrect address.
• Conduct and disputes: Direct or indirect canvassing can disqualify you. Recruitment disputes fall under the Delhi High Court, and the English notice governs if different language versions lead to conflicting interpretations.

• Develop approaches to automated Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) using digital twins and travel-pattern data.
• Assess new Namo Bharat corridors, route options, connectivity, demand and implementation phases with technical teams.
• Coordinate corridor proposals with central and state authorities and advise on feasibility, financing and delivery models.
• Share project-development knowledge with NCRTC teams and advise on legal issues and changes to acts and rules.
