परीक्षा पैटर्न

The selection for Additional Public Prosecutor (Group-A) involves a multi-stage examination process conducted by MPSC.

Stage 1: Preliminary Screening / Written Exam

You will first appear for a preliminary screening or written examination. This stage tests your general legal knowledge and aptitude to shortlist candidates for the main exam.

Stage 2: Main Examination

If you clear the preliminary stage, you will sit for the main written examination. This covers detailed questions on criminal law, Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Evidence Act, and other relevant legal subjects.

Stage 3: Interview

Candidates who qualify the main examination will be called for a personal interview conducted by the MPSC board. The interview assesses your legal knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for prosecution work.

Detailed exam pattern including number of questions, marks, and duration will be announced by MPSC separately.
