The Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (KCMMF), popularly known as MILMA, is engaged in the procurement, processing and marketing of milk and milk products across Kerala. On its behalf, the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram, has released a notification for 6 Sales Officer posts on contract basis across its Regional Milk Unions. The initial appointment is for one year, extendable up to 2 more years based on performance. Candidates with a marketing or agri-business background who want to work in Kerala's dairy sector should apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing, OR Postgraduate degree in Agri-Business Management, OR Postgraduate degree in Food Science and Technology.
• Preferred Experience: One year of experience in the dairy sector in a supervisory position is preferred.
• Citizenship: You must be a citizen of India.
• Location Preference: You need to indicate your preferred Regional Milk Union while applying.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit is 40 years as on 1 August 2026.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 35,000 per month.
• Plus a maximum Travel Allowance (TA) of Rs. 5,000 per month and a maximum incentive of Rs. 7,000 per month, taking your total monthly pay up to Rs. 47,000.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in these stages:

1. Written Exam: Tests your knowledge relevant to the Sales Officer role.
2. Skill Test: Assesses your practical and marketing skills.
3. Interview: Conducted for shortlisted candidates.
4. Physical Test: As applicable for the post.
